What is The Wrap Club?
The Wrap Club is a subscription box filled with premium wrapping supplies thoughtfully curated by Wrapped by Carrie and delivered straight to your door on a quarterly basis. In addition to the box, members of The Wrap Club get access to an exclusive wrapping community and live workshops each month. If you love the wrapping materials featured in Carrie’s tutorial videos, you will love this box.
Who is The Wrap Club for?
The Wrap Club was designed primarily for fellow wrapping enthusiasts who want premium products they can use to wrap stunning gifts without having to buy in bulk and pay outrageous fees for shipping. Busy moms or working professionals who care to have show-stopping wraps but no time to shop or dig for links will also love this convenient box. Last, but not least, you will appreciate this box if you’re someone who wants to have beautifully wrapped gifts but don’t have the creative mindset or confidence to pull items together or don’t know where to look for the best supplies.
What is included in the box?
Your specially curated box will contain wrapping supplies needed to create exquisite wraps for a minimum of 5 small to medium-sized gifts. All items are sourced from third parties and tested for quality before being carefully packaged and shipped. Each box will include:
- 5 sheets of premium wrapping paper
- 10 yards of ribbon
- Selection of embellishments to complement the paper/ribbon
- 1 roll of double-sided tape
- Surprise bonus items
When do the boxes ship?
Quarterly boxes are scheduled to ship out in bulk via USPS in January, April, July and October. Shipping dates may vary slightly based on seasonal release schedules. Specific shipping dates will be provided after all boxes have been packaged and labeled. Once notified, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your box.
Once a package has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

How much does the box cost?
The box is $49 USD+tax where required and includes FREE SHIPPING! Note, we only ship to the United States at this time.
When am I charged for my box?
Your credit card will be charged for the first box when you sign up for The Wrap Club. Subscriptions automatically renew every 90 days after your initial sign-up, but may be cancelled by the 15th of the month prior to each quarterly box. There is no penalty for leaving The Wrap Club, although we will be sad to see you go, and you may rejoin at any time.
Will I see the products before they arrive?
Yes! Even though the element of surprise is fun, Carrie will share a sneak peek of the box so you know what to expect and can get excited for your delivery!
Am I able to customize my box in any way?
No. One of the biggest advantages of The Wrap Club is that you get to sit back and relax while we do all the work for you. Carrie receives regular positive feedback on her creativity and taste, and will be pulling together a collection of products she loves and feels would create finished wraps that are just as special as your intended gift recipients.
If I really like the products I receive in my box, can I order more?
We cannot guarantee the availability of individual items included in the box. Once all orders have been filled, however, we will notify The Wrap Club subscribers of any surplus items that can be purchased for an additional cost.
Can I cancel my order once I join The Wrap Club?
Some orders are eligible to be cancelled, as outlined below.
Cancellations on your FIRST ORDER must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. You can make these changes in your Customer Account or simply email us at info@wrappedbycarrie.com, and we will update your account so you are either not charged or, if your card has already been charged, you are promptly refunded the purchase amount, less a $2 Shopify transaction fee.
For RECURRING ORDERS, cancellations can NOT be made once your card has been charged. You will be notified in advance of your card being charged for each quarterly box, so you will have the opportunity to opt-out at that point. You also have the option to unsubscribe from The Wrap Club anytime without penalty. See FAQ for more info.
All post-order cancellations are subject to a $2 transaction fee passed on from Shopify. We are happy to absorb the Shopfiy transaction fees for each purchase; however, transaction fees tied to The Wrap Club cancellations will be passed on to the customer.
How do I unsubscribe from The Wrap Club?
You can unsubscribe from The Wrap Club at any time without penalty.
As a small and new business, we are intentionally set up to minimize costs by taking orders within a designated order window. This allows us to purchase items only as needed based on actual sales/subscriptions. Because of the extended lead time to source and package the items, we do require advanced notification for any subscription changes.
If you would like to pause or cancel your subscription to The Wrap Club, you must update your account by the 15th of the month prior to the regularly scheduled quarterly shipments of January, April, July, and October. This means that requests must be made by December 15, March 15, June 15, and September 15, respectively. Simply go to your Account > Profile > payment methods and delete the payment method on file. You can also email us at info@wrappedbycarrie.com and we will update your account as needed.
Can I return a box?
Due to the nature of this subscription product, we will only consider returns on a case-by-case basis.
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same new, unused, and undamaged condition as you received it.
To request a return, contact us at info@wrappedbycarrie.com explaining the reason for your request. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES/ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if there are any missing items so that we can assess and resolve any issues as needed.
REFUNDS
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. Once merchandise has been confirmed to be in original condition, we will apply the refund to your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@wrappedbycarrie.com.
What is your resell policy?
Curated boxes purchased through Wrapped by Carrie are intended for personal use and may not be purchased with the intent to resell items individually or collectively. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Wrap Club account found to be purchasing products for resale, distributing subscription contents for profit, or engaging in any activity that compromises the fairness, value, or integrity of our Wrap Club program.
