Shipping Policy

Overview

We currently ship within the United States only. Quarterly subscription boxes are shipped seasonally every 3 months in January, April, July, and October. Actual shipping dates each season are dependent upon product availability, but will typically be sent out within the first 2 weeks of each designated delivery month. You will be notified in advance when orders are about to ship. Once your box has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your box after the box has shipped.

Shipping Costs

There are no additional shipping fees. Boxes SHIP FREE!

Delivery Times

Boxes are shipped via USPS ground and typically take between 3 - 7 business days within the US.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
